i just loved the hotel's location, i could walk everywhere. plenty of restaurants were nearby and it was great for sightseeing. the staff were friendly and the hotel was beautifully clean. breakfast was amazing!!! the choice was vast and delicious.
the room heating system made some noise. it was a bit loud at times, slightly distracting.

The location was excellent. it was very close to the central station and major attractions. good eateries were also nearby. This included people at reception, the restaurant, and housekeeping.
the room heating system made too much noise. it also felt weak. the room showed 28c but it was too cold. customer service needs improvements, i think.

the central location made it easy to explore many sites. i was happy to find the room large and well-kept. the breakfast selection offered many choices, and the coffee was a good way to start the day.
the layout of the room felt a little strange, making it hard to find things at first.

the hotel is so clean! the breakfast buffet has plenty of choice and this waffle iron is very popular. the location rocks, right beside everything to see!
the front staff aren't helpful or friendly. the rooms and facilities needs updating and that carpeting in our room has so much wear. it cost so much for that quality.

the location was quite convenient for seeing the main attractions.
i found the customer service lacking i was charged extra due to a misinterpretation of the room occupancy policy. the staff seemed inflexible and unwilling to address my concerns regarding the room setup i had booked initially this created unnecessary stress .
